I'm 15 and I was wondering when my voice would break as nothing has really happened puberty wise and most of the people I know's voices have broke at the moment I have

This may sound cliche, but you just have to wait.
Everybody's voice changes at different times, yours will break eventually.
As for the cumming part, maybe you just prefer to not cum during masturbation.

Honestly dude you just have to wait it out. The fact is you can cum and the thing is when you say you don't feel an orgasm, chances are you are either not going completely far enough or you just don't feel them. Quite a few people aren't really really feel an orgasm. The part about your voice breaking, well that can come at anytime, you just have to wait. You sound like you might be a slightly late bloomer however in some ways I don't think so. You say you have pubic hair and facial hair, those are quite common signs. Puberty has no working order so you might have your voice break later on in puberty. The point is you're only 15, puberty doesn't end until late teens/early twenties. So you have plenty of time.
