It's a handy tool that let's you take screenshots of an entire page or just the visible portion on the screen. And you can save it in PNG or JPEG format.

It's pretty neat. It's made for Firefox.

Yes, You can, but it doesn't work the best. With something like this, you can save the entire page as an Image. Whereas, if you hit Print Screen, you're only getting the Viewable portion of the Screen at that Particular Moment. So, You'd have to Take a Screenshot, then Scroll Down, then Repeat.

I've always used the "Save As Image" Extension for FF. Works Quite Well:
