Whenever I get really horny my boner will like "twitch". I guess you could say it flexes a lot. It only does it when I'm really horny before I jerk off.

When you get boner, the penis is filled with blood. And when you are really horny you have that much blood in your penis that you can feel the heart pumping. It's normal ;-)

this is not something that you just have....as Joey said when we get really horny, the blood pumps a lot, making the penis "jerk" or "twitch" as you say ....all guys have this happen and its perfectly normal
