I know no one cares what I had for dinner last night but for the first time in my life i had a Butter Poached Lobster Tail at this fancy restaurant my family went to. OMG it was the best thing I ever ate!!! it's prolly the only time I will ever eat it tho cuz it's hella expensive. lol. anyway, what is the fanciest thing you ever ate and was it any good? Like I tried caviar at a wedding once and it was disgusting.

The fanciest thing I have ever had was Baked Alaska, and it was pretty damn good.

I don't know.
I wanna say Filet Mignon, but Lobster and Alaskan Crab is really good. Actually, Ahi Mignon is the fanciest thing I've ever had. Well, actually, maybe Escargot. Lamb might also count. I've had tons of gourmet food. I've yet to try Kobe beef though...

I love escargot. the restaurant where I have it puts in this bowl with cavities and each one has a sail in it. tons of melted butter and garlic and a loaf of bread right out of the oven to sop up the butter. outstanding.
they also do rack of lamb so I guess that's my fancy meal

Steak and lobster at Japan Inn (it's like a Benihana) with rice, shrimp, and vegetables. I always love Japan Inn but I've only gotten the steak & lobster once because it's so expensive. Beeeeeeest meal ever though. And yes, very fanceeeh.

I love shellfish, but live at the beach, go figure, but glad you enjoyed, lobster is a favorite.
I would say Prime Rib is mine.

I've had lobster before. My mum was harsh though, seeing as she got a live one and threw it in the shower whilst I was in there...
Luckily the claws were taped, so yeah.

mwahahahahahahaha i would have had six heart attacks and broke both legs trying to get out of the shower without actually touching the ground. your mom is seriously demented. if i survived something like that i would call the cops for attempted murder.

Fillet with a red wine shallot reduction sauce over golden potatoes.
Also proud to say that I cooked that. The list could just go on about fancy things for me...
