About me! This will probably be long, and very personal. I have now pre-warned you all.
Well, for one thing, my name is Kathleen. No nicknames. Not Kathy, Katie. Nothing. Just Kathleen. I'm 16, and have been through so much in my life.
I live with my mother, step-father (my dad is deceased), and my 14-year-old brother. I also have a sister who is almost 21, a brother that is 24, and 3 step sisters in which I haven't seen or been in much contact with in over 10 years.
I'm very close with my parents, little brother, and sister. They mean the world to me. We are kind of the typical family. Of course they all make me mad though...a lot. But we always pull through.
I have been with my boyfriend, Blake, for almost 3 years. He means everything to me, but we're going though a really hard time right now. He is honestly my best friend, well, besides Ashley.
Now Ashley. My best friend since 5th grade. She is amazing. I love her to death. We go to different schools, but we still manage to stay best friends.
School. I go to Indian River State College. Yes, college. I'm just special. No, just kidding. I'm in dual enrollment, which allows me to complete my AA degree while I finish high school. It's pretty awesome, except for the fact that no college student wants to be friends with me, a shy 16 year old.
My dog, Maggie, means so much to me. She's my life. I have more pictures of her on my phone than anything else. She is just the cutest thing ever. I have two other dogs, Raggs, my old man, and Shadow, my big black lab that follows everyone around (hence the name Shadow). I love animals.
My style. I love to stay professional. I have a few blazers, and I love skinny jeans! I try to stay pretty fashionable. I used to want my hair crazy colors, but I love it the way it is now: light brown with some highlights. Music is my life, and I love everything from country, to rap, to the hit list. I even like come classical music and oldies. I don't watch too much TV, but if it's on, I'll watch it. I wear makeup, but not a whole lot. I also try to look nice most of the time.
I work at Sonic Drive-In. I'm a carhop, so I make drinks, shakes, ice cream, etc. And I bring people their food. I hate it, but I love the people I work with most of the time. You'll hear my complain about one of the managers, Jen. She's crazy.
I'm used to trying to pretend to be someone I'm really not, and it's sickening. My confidence is pretty much at nothing, and everybody knows that, and they just try and avoid talking about it, rather than helping me. But it is what it is.
I think I want to be an interior designer when I graduate college. But I'm still debating. I really just want to do something I love.
