Friend Zone PSA

I just want to put this out there so people stop and think, there is no such thing as the friend zone. It's something you imagined as an excuse why she won't go out with you. Friends go out with friends that's how most relationships start. If she calls us "Just Friends" that's because we are and that doesn't stop either of us from going out with each other.

That's my view on it anyway, if you have a positive or negative response leave it below.

Totally agree, it would be really difficult for a close couple to break up because you can't just cancel a close friendship. Society is really strange from that aspect and dating is unnatural.

I heard a quote that is pretty relevant here, I think it went like this.

"Slut” is how we vilify a woman for exercising her right to say “yes”. “Friendzone” is how we vilify a woman for exercising her right to say “no”"

If you ask me, the friendzone does exist. Just because you like them, and you're their friend does not mean a relationship will form out of it. It means that you two are meant to be friends. However, I don't believe that it's a trap like many people will think. It's simply a state of being, and like any state of being, it can change.
