Just trying to work out why that when I close my eyes or look around in the dark, hundreds of tiny White spots follow my eyes and fly around like bees and sometimes make patterns?...
I've tried researching this and all it talks about it floaters and visual snow.. Which I have both of these too, and I'm positive it's not anything like them...
Anyone got a guess? :s

I think that it may be a part of the visual snow, just from closing your eyes or looking in the dark, that's how it begins to manifest itself, with white rather than black. If it's not a major hindrance on your daily life, honestly, I don't think you really have anything to worry about and I think you are probably quite alright. However, if it starts to impede your everyday life, or if other symptoms result as a result of it, I would go in to see your optometrist and tell him what's been going on, and what he thinks needs to be done to remedy it. I think, though, from my own experience, that it's just a part of the visual snow effect though.

I shouldn't worry about it, it is probably just dead cells on the back of your eyes if they follow your eyes around when you move them, I have that.
But if the spots are very big or obsceure your vision, get it checked out
