Im on a huge diet now. Now im just looking for some exercises.

i need a good exercise to make the fat in my stomich turn into mucle also an exercise for my butt and pubic area to get rid of fat.

please help

You'd be suprised how something simple as running can do. Not jogging but running to the point where you're pushing yourself to build endurance.

Sit ups and push ups help too. Just start with the basics. All you have to do is find the motivation to actually do it.

There is no way to target a certain area for fat. Just do any aerobic exercise for 30 minutes a day at least four days a week and supplement it with crunches and push-ups.
