Yeah, I think it should be legalized just like any other alcohol.
The only difference is is it has a way higher alcohol%/alcohol proof than liquor.
It should be legal, and people should drink it responsibly just like any other type of alcohol drink.

Personally I don't think it should be illegal. most of the people involved have been making shine for generations. they know a good batch from a bad one. if someone is making bad shine they deal with that person themselves. so they more less regulate themselves.
I think the only reason the Goverment is pissed off is they are not able to regulate them and collect tax

I think it should be legal for personal use, but you shouldn't be able to sell it without some form of certification. As long as people drink responsibly and know hoe to make it properly, it's no more dangerous than other alcohol.

I do think it should be legalized, but it should be treated like any other alcohol and must have regulations for the cleanliness and stuff like that.

Agreed, to some extent. I'm sure if moonshine was legal there would be a shit load of brewing-related injuries / deaths. But of course that goes along with anything involving flamable materials.
Personally i don't drink- so i don't mind it being legal, or illegal. I'm indifferent. However if moonshine is legalized then i believe other less harmful substances (inb4 this turns into a "Well how come pot isn't legal?" thread) should also be legalized.

Unless you sell it, it's legal for personal use and no profit. But, yes, it should be legal if marijuana is legal.

I don't see what's so wrong with it, why should people have to buy alcohol and not make it? It isn't illegal to make bread but I'm sure Warburtons would like it to be illegal so they get more money:P
