really bad breast pain

i have very bad pains in both of my breasts
like inside not my nipples just the insides of my breasts and they are swollen

when do the milk ducts in your breasts begin development
im possibly 3-4 weeks pregnant and my body has been having all these weird symptoms. i havent had a period since november like in the beginning of the month and i know i am late because i always get my period before my mom and she got hers before me this month.

When my mom had my baby sister two years ago, her breast started bothering her and her nipples got really dark for a few months if that helps.
