Intolerant and weird

I have this really bad intolerance with everyone except my boyfriend. Like I can't stand to sit next to anyone or listen to anyone speak or even look at most people without thinking nasty thoughts. I don't know why. I also have this weird thing where I sometimes sit there and just shake my head as if I'm saying no but I do it for ages and it some times gets faster, and I flick my hands out. Whenever I'm upset my left hand gets funny and I usually end up pulling my hair or banging my head on a wall or just hurting myself any way I can at the time. I don't know what to do to stop it. Anyone else do this?:what:

I've tried but they just end up annoying me, sometimes I try to ignore my annoyance but I just end up taking it out on them, not many people really talk to me anymore

I can't change myself, trust me each time I've tried I've just ended up hating myself more and more each time, but thank you anyway.

I get this but it's because I feel so stress around people my own age, because of unresolved bullying. I often harm when I'm forced into social situations. I am fine around adults.
Maybe see a doctor and get checked out for stress?
