Well, if you feel uncomfortable or embarrassed doing this, then simply don't do it.

If he's a good friend to you, he shouldn't make fun of you though.

I dont think he will laugh at you. That he want to see you that means he trust you so I dont think he would want to become untrusted from your side

It doesn't really matter how big you are compared to someone else. Girls aren't really interested in size, so it's not like they'll go "Oh, A has a bigger penis than B, let's only do A"
