so about half way through this year i put my back out of place doing a dance for an assessment iv never been able to get it fix propley as my family doesnt have the money but the pain kinda went away so i didnt worry about it i never told my dance teacher as she would of killed me... as well as dance i run every afternoon for half an hour and do and hours workout in my room afterwards... normaly this wouldnt do anything to my back but latly its really been affecting it, my back hurts everytime i run and dance and every night when i lay down in bed to go to sleep the pain is so bad i cant sleep... does anyone know anything i can do to help it that wont cost alot of money but will stop the pain??? any help will be muchly apperactive

don't do any lifting or carrying anything heavy. when you go to bed lay on a hard board.
try to lay flat on your back on the floor for short periods. don't do any running or dancing for the time being. do some stretching exercises. if possible try to get a mini exercise bike and use it about three or four times a day.try to get a support belt or belladona plaster. if possible apply some heat to the area. eg a heat spray or hot water bottle.
