I think that must be a generalization. I don't know any girls that like it specifically on their boobs. I'm not saying they dislike it, but don't know of any that request it there. Mouth or vagina/in a condom seems most common among my friends mostly because they're the least messy.

Hmmm...I don't really know of anyone that specifically likes a guy ejaculating on her breasts. I would say it's more that she likes the idea that she caused him to have an orgasm. If he cums on her breasts then it's like he's aroused by them and that's exciting to her.
