The owner of the domain, meaning the person who pays for the domain and the majority of the fees necessary to keep the site running as it is, is one of the retired administrators, Maverick/Ant.

I'm not sure about that, but i'm pretty sure "The Wizard" ( I think that's his username ) created VT.
I don't think VT has an owner though.

There is no affiliation between the two sites. Ant owns the site.
