pregnancy??

hey girls...
is it possible to still be pregnant even if you have a negative pregnancy test
i took a test about a week ago and it said neg and i also took an ovulation test and it said i wasnt ovulating.

its been about a month since my last period... i am way past due
i am experiencing some symptoms
headaches
drowsiness
nausea
dierreah
cravings(this morning for breakfast i had hot dogs with maple syrup :$)
pain in my back and lower stomach
sore ribs(not sure if thats related)
im nore irritable
un-usual vaginal secretions
and i have become an insomniac

so idk what to really think at this point. i dont have a doctor but i figure if i am pregnant i cant be more than 2-3 weeks tops..

what are your ideas??
and can i be pregnant

Uh try taking another test? Maybe a different one then the first time?

i said i would wait till atleast the end of next week incase my period does decide to show... but at this point im gonna let my body do its work

Pregnancy test can come back false, try another one and then I'd suggest going to a doctor or clinic.

I say yes, wait it out a bit, (1-2 weeks) and take another test.
Then, no matter the test results, go to a clinic.
In the meantime, be extremely careful with yourself!

in the mean time does anybody have any tips on how i can take care of my body.. like certain medications i should avoid... certain foods etc

Search every medication you have to see if it is a teratogen. If it is, if its safe for you to do so, then stop taking it.
Keep your diet balanced and avoid fish.
Try to get some over the counter prenatal vitamins if you don't already have some, or at the very least take folic acid.
No alcohol, no drugs, not even pot.

Yup, pregnancy tests are not 100%. I would see your doctor and maybe take another one if you think you are.

the inside of my breasts hurt and are swollen :(

Okay, make sure you wear a supportive bra, but DO NOT sleep in it! Try not to wear one with an underwire either.
Kinda cuddle a bit with a hot water bottle, it eases the pain a bit, it helped me some.
It did, however increased the swelling.

most days i go without a bra anyways
will a sports bra work?
