Hi guys this is Eastons cousin again and over starting from today to January 2 I want to try and get a six pack. I am 12 and 2 months and I am 84.2 pounds and am a fairly chubby. I would really like to have a six pack please give suggestions.

nearly impossible if not impossible. go for an extremly intense 1 hour run in the morning push yourself to the max the whole time, dont eat aweful food and drink ALOT of water, this will not only fill you up and help shed some pounds but will also give you a healthy glow to your skin,also this goes basically without saying, do some pushups and sit ups as many as you can...

Sorry but that's impossible. If it takes a healthy skinny person more than a month to get one you have NO chance to get one in 3 weeks. Since your chubby it would take you about more than 3-4 months for a good six pack. I recommend looking at HIIT and remember 60% of a six pack comes from your diet!!!! The other 40% is from cardio and an workouts

I agree with everyone, but also remember that you're twelve. I'm 16 and my active lifestyle is just now beginning to show up in how my body looks. I've always been skinny, but I had to wait until I developed to a certain point to gain muscle. If you're "chubby" at 84 pounds, I'm guessing you're a pretty small guy. I wouldn't expect to gain any real muscle until you've had a growth spurt. I still recommend what the others said, getting into healthy habits now will pay off in the future. These things take time and patience. Good luck!

it wont take 3 weeks. Do lots of running (works your abs slightly and sheds off overall body fat percentage) most important for abs is to eat healthy. Then of course the sit ups, bicycle sit ups, leg raises, v sits, chop throughs, crunches, russian twists. (google those if you want to know how to do them and dont). Also, dont just work on your abs, working out is something youve got to be serious about not do it for 3 weeks then stop, work your whole body (less body fat + muscles in proportion).

Achiving a body like that is not easy you cant just set your mind for a month and expect it to happen. This is a life style that you have to achieve. You are going to take about a good 4 to 6 months. It all starts on your diet...eat alot of healthy food about 6 times a day this means a good breafast a healthy snake such as fruit a good healthy lunch then another snak then dinner and the another snak....you need to eat lots of protein to build muscle fast, exercise your abs everyday. if poisble use a machine that adds weight rather than just doing sit ups for this will give you better result in a faster time...sprint dont jogg...you want to burn fat fast so when you run focous on intense training sprit more than what you jogg....make sure to drink lots of water and dont starv your self...if you want to know more feel free to skype me or message me or someting i will be more than happy on helping you reach your goal

yeah, its impossable to get a 6 pack in 3 weeks, sorry but just eat all the right foods drink heaps of water no soft driks and stuff like that and a good way to keep on track and not slacking off is this..Everytime you are bored, sitting on the couch, nothing good on tv or not working/or doing homework, just get up and do some form of exercise. it will fill in time and its good for you!
