I cant cope with anything! Even the smallest things I cant cope with... I worry, I hurt and I freak out. It floods my mind constantly and it tears me apart, only way I can stop thinking bout it is bottling it up and that goes really bad fast. I want to know how to just cope for once! Cutting its all I had, I stopped and as much as I want I cant cut anymore.

It's really good you're not cutting now. If you feel the urge, try holding ice-cubes really tight or hitting pillows?
I know how it feels to feel like everything is massive and difficult. It can really cripple you a
Do you see a doctor or a therapist? You probably should if life feels too difficult to cope with by yourself. Try confiding in a close friend or relative when things feel difficult, and they could help you practically with tasks you're getting frustrated with.
Keep safe, hope you're ok :)

In my experience, Loud music can sometimes drown out your thoughts. Maybe also just try to calm down and take a couple of deep breathes. Also I'm proud that you have stopped Cutting. Don't resort to self harm, you should maybe try to confide in a close friend

The advice given above is good.
If you don't mind me asking, though, have you ever been diagnosed with any condition such as depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolarity etc? Although, even if you haven't been diagnosed or seen by a doctor/psychiatrist, do you feel you could have a condition like one of the those?
We're here to help you through your troubles, so hopefully we will hear back from you soon. I can empathise with a lot of what you're saying, so I really do want to help.

I have been diagnosed with depression..
Have you ever been prescribed any kind of anti-depressant?
If not, what do you think of the idea of taking some medication? Many people find anti-depressants very helpful because they're meant to restore the balance of certain hormones in your brain such as serotonin which are related to mental stability and 'happiness'.
If so, what did you think of the anti-depressant and its effects when you took it or are currently taking it?
I've suffered depression myself, so I think this helps me to understand how you're feeling. I'm not just talking about something I've learned from a textbook or a teacher. Oh, and please don't feel pressured to say anything you're not comfortable saying. I will completely understand if there's anything from above which you don't really want to talk about. :)
