on another hand, with penis sizes, it all depends on the family genes and basically another determination is how often you get off.

You will get bigger, and size doesn't matter (no matter what they say!), but you'll probably at least grow to 5", which is a reasonable size, the adult average is just under 6", so I'd say you're fine, or if you're not very large, you will be fine. You're probably just a late bloomer. Don't worry. :D
