i cant sleep at night that is...
i staY up all night and sleep all day till about 5-7pm in the evening and then im up all night again and repeat over and over and over....

idk what to do... i just cant actually go to bed at like 10:00 and sleep
im thinking pregnancy could or may be a fact as my period is past due....

but then again the insomnia could be why my period hasnt shown yet
i really hate it.. this sucks

i wanna sleep but im just so tired but cant sleep... im barely awake writing this thread but i gotta wait for my stupid worker from social assistance to call me because my fucking rent didnt get paid this month...

im stressed out.. worried about my friend... hoping today we can sort shit out.... hopefully his alter or third bodied person josh's message he wrote was convincing enough

You sound like you have some anxiety issues. No doubt because of your financial problems, and other things that might be going on in your life. Try winding down before you go to bed, drink something warm, don't eat for a few hours before you sleep, and don't do anything to stimulate your brain. Just relax.
