Well I spelled the title wrong Im sure. But how do I go about doing this properly now? I mean getting correct protein intake and all. I cant eat meat being I get very sick every time I do, any kind. So I am now a vegetarian, I kinda like it. So far being we have a can of almonds open already Ive eaten a handful or 2 a day this week being thats when I started. We got cashews too, but like what else? Eggs I know... I can eat those. Im curious and I dont wanna screw this up.

Dairy, sesame seeds (and tahini :D,) peanut butter, tofu, beans... there are lots of sources of protein and since protein is made from amino acids, as long as you eat a balanced diet you're almost guaranteed to get enough protein. Good luck!
