Watch the sunset with someone who would leave you just as fast as they found you. I wish you luck little girl, for sometimes luck is all you need. I'm not going to act jealous because I have everything you couldn't have with him. I have a promise of a home, a family, and a future. But I wish you luck, and hope you get everything your tiny heart desires.
Play phone tag and hope you'll hear his voice, and hope that you don't hear the voice next to his. Dial again and again just find out he's not home and neither are you. Lay in your bed and cry yourself to sleep, you know he's not doing the same of you (very rarely does that young man cry). I hope your minutes don't go over as you try to hold onto long love. It's hard I know, but I can do it, so why can't you.
Smoke, drink, and do everything that reminds you of him... I know i did when my lifeline was taken from me. Don't get caught trying to find your way to him. Don't let him hurt you the same way's he's hurt me. I hope you find out he's everything you want, because believeing him isn't the smartest thing to do. I remember when he'd call to say he wishes it were me instead of you. You should know those calls have faded and died. I'll never wish I was you, not when you're with him.
Since he left I've gotten better. No more scars and no more blood. I've been good and clean, and carefree and happy. I hope that's what you've gotten out of your little vacation. Give yourself a good talking to. Make sure there's no one else you'd rather be with. Go for it, just dont' make mistakes you can't take back.
