Forum question about sections

Is it like a forum rule that guys don't post in the girls section and girls don't post in the guys? Because i've seen a few post in the girls section where I could give some good advice...

Yes, it is a rule that guys cannot post in the girls section and vice versa. It used to be allowed awhile back, but that was changed because at times it got a bid creepy, among other issues. I mean nothing is going to stop anyone from viewing the forums, but as commom courtesy its strongly suggested that you do not. Just for privacy sake, mainly.
