Breakfast: 6 weetbix + 250mL lite milk
Morning tea: chicken cheese on multigrain bread + apple
lunch: 50g of 100% durum wheat spaghetti + 25g tomato soup + a tiny bit of cheese
Afternoon tea: 250mL milk + 10g milo + kiwi + banana
Overall:
Dairy: 3 serves
cereals: 6 serves
Meat: 1 serve
Others: 1 serve
Vegetables: 1 serve
fruit: 2.5 serves
Im looking to maintain weight, I'm 16, 173cm tall and weight 60kg. Is this healthy? Do I need to eat more/less? I didn't include tea due to my parents cooking (so much variety but general quite healthy) . any suggestions
would be appreciated
