Who loves that moive and why!? I find it beautiful how two complete strangers from different social classes come together and realize that whats important is the feelings they have for each other and that love is the most strongest bond they could ever have. I sometimes realize that the disaster is just the back-story of this movie and that it could have happened anywhere in time<3!!!

I liked titanic because it was a film that showed love between two social classes but because it highlighted a lot of issues in the modern world while having a good strong love story as well.

I also liked the theme song that went with titanic. I actually only watched the movie this year (I think)...it could have been 2011 not sure.

However yeah. I liked the movie for a lot of reasons.

Titanic is basically a movie about romance and tragedy. Something of an emotional masterpiece that first drags you in, to successfully interest you into what appears to be a simple story of affection and drama which subsequently pushes you away into a gargantuan hole of grief.

Pulls you in, betrays you, drags you out.

It's really one of those special romances and the ending really was legendary. James Cameron, I must say, really did well in directing and writing the movie.

I enjoy the film. Love Leo, one of my all time favourite actors.

But to me, anyone who considers it a romantic film is stupid. Hundreds of people fell into the freezing ocean and DIED. all with the exception of one person died. A ship sinks and kills hundreds of people and people call it romantic haha.

I kind of look at titanic as a modern-day Romeo and Juliet. Mainly because they were from two social classes, and it was deemed wrong for them to be together. And the amount of time they had together wasn't very long, just like in Romeo and Juliet. But unlike R&J, there was no intentional suicide because they didn't want to live without each other.

I think the whole love story from Titanic gives the movie depth. I might would have not liked it so much if it was just some documentary type movie, going over the events of the night. I really enjoy watching that movie, it has funny moments, romantic moments, sad moments, steamy moments ;). I think they chose all the right actors, and a great soundtrack. I need to get in on DVD...

It's only to bad because It used to be the number 1 highest grossing film of all time- then James thought it was okay to make Avatar, he should be ashamed of himself and he knows Titanic was his best film! and now he's making more Avatars- noooooo!!!!

I'm fascinated by the titanic story. So the movie did a good job there. The story was good, both the romance and the social time period. 2nd on my favorite list, right behind Wizard of Oz.

I first watched Titanic in 1st Grade. Sparked my interest in cruise ships and later on my interest in film which will hopefully be my career! I loved it because of the romance and tragedy.  The fact that two people from two sufferer social classes is amazing. The acting is amazing. The cinematography was amazing. I can watch it over and over again and not get tired of it. I've memorized lines from the film. I saved up money and saw it in 3D when it came to theaters. I was sick though which sucked haha

The movie is very touching but I think I can only watch it one time. It's not something I'd like to watch over and over when I'm bored cause it's only going to bring down the mood. But yeah the movie is awesome.

Gotta admit that I did cry while watching this movie. Can you imagine being in one of the life boats, looking up at your Dad and knowing that you may never see him again unless he could get in a boat :-(
