How should I start just wearing boxer briefs around the house without I being awkward ? And if my mom asks like why am I starting to do this what should I say? Has anybody ever gotten a boner while doing this ? What did you do to hide it

Just ask if she's ok with it. Tell her most guys do it and if she says no then I guess you can't. Most parents don't care. As for having a boner, the best way to hide it is to just relax and it will go down fast. Trust me on that one
