my hips hurt like hell

so when that stupid time of the month get here, i have the worst hip pains. i have never had the lower abdomen cramps. its always this aching pain right in my hips tht get so bad i cant get up and move or walk.
am i the only one who has this? any suggestions as to what i can do to help the pain??

Take some painkillers, lay down and try not to move too much. Hot water bottles may help also. However, if the pain is absolutely bad, I'd advise seeing a doctor about it.

mhmm i have never heard of this
i have heard of like headaches and stuff and crams... having dierreah etc
wel i guess i get the same feeling
when i get cramps my lower body goes numb and when i walk i feel like i weight 1000 pounds.. and thats why when period time comes i tend to be lazier...

but yeah take some painkillers... drink some herbal tea take a bath relax
also maybe ask your doc to put you on birth control.... it helps regulate PMS which i think your hip pain might be :)

I don't have this problem and I never herd of it. If I were you I would go to the doctor.
