Honestly...if you can't join a group then you just have to use your own personal judgement. I mean isn't that how you tell what sexuality anyone is? I know its hard but unless you join a group which you say is not available to you then I don't see any other option really that just guessing or directly asking someone you suspect is gay or bi.

Then you need to tread very carefully. If you don't think it will work out then maybe waiting until your friends mature (usually people tend to act homophobic when they're younger) and you know they won't blab about you being bisexual. If you feel you can trust them or trust one friend with your secret then tell them. However if you're not sure then you're best keep it to yourself.

Its entirely up to yourself. I know its hard but its really up to you I'm afraid.
