so im bi and im like in love with my best friend, ive known him since 9th grade but only recently became attracted to him, and idk im so confused. ive even stopped talking to him to avoid any awkwardness :( any advice? btw he doesnt know im bi

Surprisingly enough. This is very common. This is how most people have handled it and so far it's worked out quite well. Just tell him your bi. See what his reaction to that is. If he is understanding or bi himself, he'll let you know and you can developer a relationship right there. If not, nothing to fear, just say that your still the same guy you were yesterday. He might need some time to adjust to the "new you" but in most cases I've seen it just blows over and your still bro's.

so here is how you might start it. Let him know how good if a friend he has been. Your establishing a trust there. Next, tell him you have some very important things to discuss. Just like hey dude, I've it to tell you something. You re assure him nothing will change in that trusting friendship you share. Then just flat out tell him. Like I said, two possibilities and they will most likely work out to a happy conclusion.
