I was looking at all the mental illnesses it has subforums for and I noticed it doesn't have Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Shouldn't that be included?

It's not really that necessary to have a sub-forum just for PTSD. If you want to make a thread about it, just use the general Mental Illnesses forum.

I can see arguements for and against here.
We can't have an individual forum for every mental illness in the world - we can all agree that'd be ridiculous, and there is the mental illness subforum that can be used for any mental illness, and there are other related forums such as the abuse forum (I know this may not always be related).
Also posting in a more general mental illness forum- you may find that people who don't necessarily suffer from what you do also have useful advice and help. By creating a specific forum for PTSD you're limiting the amount of people who will respond to your post.
I think it's better to keep it general. If I had my way all subforums in the mental illnesses forum would be deleted.
Just don't feel like VT won't support you just because their isn't a subforum :)

Kathy summed it up rather well.
Having a few specific sub-forums is helpful and allows people to ask their questions to people who specifically have knowledge or experience with the topic; but it is impossible to have one for every single mental illness.
As Kathy said -- feel free to post a thread in the general mental illness section. Just because there isn't a sub-forum for PTSD doesn't mean that people won't reply to your thread :)
