There's this amazingly beautiful girl that I met. Idk where she's from but I do know that I wanna get to know her. She seems nice but my judgement hasn't been good with women lately. I could use some tips. I'd like the input of both guys and girls to see how I should approach her and how a girl would react in the situation. Thanks!!!

You just need to strike up a conversation and if it flows, it flows. If it doesn't, it doesn't. There's nothing stopping you is there really from talking to her? I mean you said your judgement concerning woman wasn't very good. But, really all you have to do is talk to her, find out things about her, build on them, hopefully have a friendship and the rest is history, well assuming it goes that far. Just relax and be yourself, because no one likes a person that's fake.
