There is no need to do anything unless you were uncomfortable. It seems like your friend is comfortable with you being there with out any clothes. It is alright in my view, but the question is; are you okay with it?

have a hot tub and this happens sometimes....usually always go in naked anyway even with friends....but seems he was cool with it and you obviously did it so you didn't have a problem at first till something popped up....but that also was normal as you were stimulated in thinking you were naked and he wasn't.....question tho, do you want more?....did you want him to get naked too?...if so and both comfortable with it there is no problem with it

It depends if you feel uncomforable, because you're friend probably didn't mind you being naked in front of him. If you're comfortable then don't do anything, if you're not I would recommend to stop doing it if it ever happens again.
