i having trouble please help

first my dad left mum for another women. and mum works alot to keep us alright so that means i have to do so much around the house cleaning, cooking, garden, looking after sister and making sure everything is sorted. while im doing all this my sister and mum does do anything i know my mum works alot but if i continue to do so much i will break and i dont know what to do about them to make it a bit easier to me to cope

sounds like youre in a pretty tough spot. First of all, Im sorry you have to go through this kind of thing. It must be nerve wrecking. I think I might have a solution, so here goes... At school i think you should talk to a social worker. theyll probably have a permanent fix.

How old is your sister?

I mean if she is really young like under 10 then maybe asking her to help out a lot is maybe a bit much. However really she could help with the lighter things that has to be done. Maybe you could talk to your mum and maybe work something out but try to sound sympathetic to her.

You're in a tough spot. I mean on one hand you don't want to ask your mum to do stuff because she already works so hard but on the other hand you can't cope with doing everything around the house.

Like I said, if possible talk to your younger sister and see if she can at least take one or two chores off your hand. (if that would be possible depending on age)| and also talk to your mum and explain in a sympathetic manner towards her,that you can't cope with doing everything and see if you can work out a plan or rota of some kind.

I know it won't be easy but its worth a try.
