So, I've had a crush on this girl and we've been friends for a while. I just recently told her that I had a crush on " Someone" and she begged me to tell her who it was to the point where I said " It's you "... she then goes and replies " Hahaha yeah right, no honestly who? " ... Man did I ever facepalm at that. See, after seeing that I'm a tad bit worried I'm slowly going into the friend zone. Luckily I don't think she has a crush on a guy yet or nothing so I think I have some time. I've been, umm... "Impressing" her or "Flirting" with her a bit more than usual. Sadly I don't think I'm ready for a relationship yet and I'm scared someone else will take her on me.... because apparently I now own her? I'm sorry it's late and I'm having trouble wording this.... but yeah, I'm flirting with her but I kind of want to hold off from a relationship for a little while longer. Any advice please? Thanks!

But yeah so, how to get out, i read that u should text her only one in two days max. And should stop talking a lot with her, and when u see her, smile or wink, we did a poll at school, and aalmost ALL the girls prefered a wink!!! So and when she comes to you to talk , beg for money, lol, just talk back to her, try to look at her eyes, and lips. Also bite your lip, its a sign of affection (is this the right word, whatever xD) GOOD LUCK!!!

Thanks for the advice. Since it's Xmas break, I'll probably chat with her on facebook and once school starts again I'll make more conversations with her. If anyone else still has some advice I'd be happy to hear it!

I just saw on another thread were a guy had the same problem as you and someone gave him the advise to do what you did by saying the same thing. Being a girl let me tell you that i can understand how she must have felt when you said that and i'm sure it was very awkward for both of you. Anyway do you want this girl or not is the real question. Not sure by what you mean your not ready for a relationship but just ask her out forget all the cute stuff and flirting and just take it as it comes not like your going to propose on a first date. Thats what dating is a chance to really get to know each other at your own pace. sorry if this sounds like tuff advice it's meant to help. I'm only 15 but after dating a few guys my own age i couldn't take the games any longer so i'm dating a much older man. Hope this helps
