I hope it is, but if it is not a joke, it's a pretty obvious thing to be able to tell.
You just need to look at your penis and if there is continuous skin from your penis shaft up over the head, then you're not circumcised.
If your penis has a gap or a "ditch" in the skin before the penis head, then you are circumcised.

Yeah, seems like you figured it out but if you're circumcised there is usually a dark scar on your shaft. I've heard of some people having really short foreskins so it looks like they are circumcised but there is no scar.

If you have foreskin all the way to the top or over the tip/head of your penis you are not circumcised. If most or all of the head of the penis is revealed then you are circumcised.

just look for a scar if you find one you are circumcised if not the you are not. For the longest time i thought i was, but really my foreskin is just not as big as others. If you still cant tell your parents should know, try asking them.

when your penis is soft, if the head is uncovered and you have a scar behind the penis head then you are circimcised

uhm... i'm circumised in such a way that my foreskin is still there. they reconstructed it so that it could go back you don't see the difference here and that is also a circumison :D
