If you like crime with a hint of comedy try Castle. Chuck was also very god but has ended now - both very witty. Also, if you have never seen Friends then GO WATCH IT!

In my opinion, It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia is the funniest show currently on television and my favorite show. For Crime Drama's Criminal Minds is my favorite, followed by Hawaii Five-0, and CSI: Miami.
Then The Walking Dead is a fantastic show too, although the second season was disappointing, the first and current are great.

If you're looking for something lighthearted, My little Pony -Friendship is Magic- is nice (has a GREAT fanbase!), but I'm not sure it will appeal to you, considering you're a girl...

It's got fun storylines, loveable characters, nice animation, and like I said, a HUGE fanbase! Plus lots of fan-made art, stories, videos, music, everything!

But yeah, I know some of you will hate.

Sons Of Anarchy!!!. Trust me, I kept putting off watching it, for the longest time. Once I started, I finished the first season in ONE DAY. That was like 8 hours in a row haha. I have never been this hooked on a series before. Every character is sensational, and the series constantly get better. I am halfway through the fifth season already, and I only stated watching it about 6-7 weeks ago!.

Surprised no one mentioned Doctor Who. If you've got Netflix, I recommend the new Doctor Who, as it's a lot more relevant and has more production value. I have yet to fully watch the older Doctor Who series, but I will as soon as I finish up the new Doctor Who.

Other shows: Wilfred, Big Bang Theory, How I Met Your Mother, Jericho, Lost

if you got Netflix watch Heroes. I got addicted to that show. First season is AMAZING. sadly it declines from there. I'm more into movies rather than shows.

Okay Bri, I am called and complemented by my friends and teachers at my school for being a 60 year old soul in a 13 year old's body :D LOL. But I suggest Old Comedies Such as: Cheers, Fraiser, and Seinfield. I suggest dramas such as M*A*S*H (The earlier version), CSI Miami, and Flashpoint (a Candian TV Show dealing with the Special Reaction Unit the Candian version of SWAT). Some New Comdies are American Dad, Family Guy, Cleveland Show, and the Simpsons. \

But I also suggest going on the internet because Youtube has more "vareity and more "creativity" I suggest there that if you are into action watch "Freddiew" or "Cooridor Digital". If you are up for comedy go for "RayWilliamJohnson" or "Smosh". If you are into the animated version of comdey maybe "OneyNG" or "ADHD". Thats all that can think of for now. Sorry If I listed too much -Sid
