Yeah, I shaved once and didn't really like it. I got that but I think you can try and prevent it by using an after shaving moisturizer. I'll stick to trimming though. :)

When I shaved it did that but if you use razors with aloe Vera stuff on, and use moisturiser it should stop it. Always shave down the first few times so our skin can get use to it, then shave up and it should be smoother :)

Make sure the razor is fresh and sharp. If it's dull it can irritate your skin. Also use moisturizer afterwards and you should be fine.

I use a hot flannel press to skin and hold a minute - then use moisturiser or savlon not shave gel - go slow and let the cut do not force it - also just lightly
Rinse and apply lotion
baby oil is good both to shave with and after wards.

It's called RazorBurn.
There's a few things you can do to help:
Use a shaving gel.
Soak the hair until it's softened by absorbing the water.
Apply moisturizer or lotion to area after shaving.
Hope that helps. =]

This, I had the same problem when i first started but then i switched to the mach 3 turbo and started showing after then using moisturizer. As long as i was gentle i didnt have the problem.

I think that area is not meant to be shaved. I shave my face and no irritation, but I shaved my pubic hair and it was very red. I don't shave anymore, keep it neat and trim, but shaving is not necessary. For oral sex do you really have any hair on your shaft anyway, I can't think of any of my classmates that do, so why shave the area around your balls and above the penis when the main focus of a blow job is the penis, not too much, if any hair will get in her mouth.

You could just trim it short or if I shave, I do it in the shower and I never get any rashes.

Use that aveeno active naturals shaving cream with collidial oatmeal. Its the best mens shaving cream and prevents razor bumps and rashes especially down there. Than right after your done shaving use a lot of eucerin calming lotion

After a a few months of shaving I stopped getting the razor burn. Your skin gets more used to it and becomes stronger.

Yeah that happened to me the first time, all you have to do is apply moisturizer to the area when you are finished. If you do it a couple times a day for the few days after, it can really help to stop it completely.
