I'm 14 and I had very early puberty. My question is about acne. I have never had almost any pimples in my face but I have them on my body, shoulders, back and thighs. Is it normal? Why some people ave them only in face and I have them all over my body and not int he face?

It depends on the oils in your skin, you probably have more oil on your body than your face. That's normal, don't worry. The hair follicles, or pores, in your skin contain sebaceous glands (also called oil glands). These glands make sebum, which is an oil that lubricates your hair and skin. Most of the time, the sebaceous glands make the right amount of sebum. Though during puberty the body begins to mature and develop, though, hormones stimulate the sebaceous glands to make more sebum, and the glands may become overactive. Pores become clogged if there is too much sebum and too many dead skin cells. Bacteria can then get trapped inside the pores and multiply, causing swelling and redness — the start of acne.

Very normal. I sometimes get them on my shoulders, upper arms, back and chest. Usually only when my hormones are going insane. Harley got it all spot on (:
