There's no set time when you will go through puberty, everyone goes through it at different times and your just a late bloomer, I don't really know what I was at 14

No point in lying, 2.5 hard is pretty small at 14. I was b/w 3 & 3/4 and 4 inches at 14, I grew a bit when I was 13. You will grow though. One of my friends was like 2.4 at 14 and a half and he grew really quickly and is now over 7.2 inches. You will grow. :)

14 seems to be age when you can have any size from baby dick to massive one bigger than adulsts just depending on your puberty stage. At this age variation maybe biggest between guys I guess.

This is actually pretty normal and common. The growth of your penis is very irregular and it may grow like crazy at one point. Trust me, it does take some time. ;)

Don't worry, it will continue to grow as the others have said. Also dont feel bad when everyone's like "mine was huge at 14". They aren't you. Don't spend to much time worrying about it.

Everyone's dick grows, it's part of puberty. But it doesn't just do it overnight. Some people don't even start puberty till their 15 and even then it takes several years for puberty to be over. Just give it time, size doesn't matter, everyone's dicks are different sizes :)
