You don't want to do that with your foreskin, by doing so you create a pressure buildup that can damage your prostate. There was a program on this a couple of years ago. Cant remember what it was called.

As for your original question they are self explanatory, if you shoot then the semen squirts out and can travel some distance. If you dribble the semen just runs down your penis and can cover things such as your hand

I believe that this is all determined by factors such as your hydration and puberty stage

Like the last poster said, when you shoot your cum flies when you dribble your cum does not fly it sorta spills on to your hand and crotch.

Basically, "shoot" means the cum squirts out of your penis.
"Dribble" means it just oozes out of your penis.

And sorry, I wouldn't be able to answer your other question because i'm circumcumcised, but I would assume you could use the foreskin as a shield, but i'm not sure.

I'm uncircumsized, so, I thought I would answer your second question. It is dangerous to "Injaculate" so, not letting it leave the penis. But, often when I take a bat, I close my foreskin over, catching all the sperm when I come to. I don't see it as dangerous. I mean, there is room for the sperm to go, it technically leaves the penis. I don't feel any pain or pressure, so, I can't imagine it to be dangerous. Sorry if that sounds weird, its just damn convenient.
