I recently got this new teacher for science,
there's about 14 people in my class,
4 of those people including me and my friend do not mess around or say anything while everyone is arguing and disrupting the lesson.
the science teacher blamed me for this kid calling me names telling me to stop? she heard it herself.
she also said whole class detention; which me and my friend did not turn up too.
we're sick of this...
what can we do? We are not allowed to move class.

Sorry but I have the exact same problem.

I have about 30 people in my class, just because I took core and aditional science instead of triple I've been put with all over the lower ability people (who also are the bullies, intimidating, mess around idiots). We weren't even put in ability sets. Around 8 of us are doing higher and the rest of them foundation, we hardly get through the foundation shit so we're expected to learn higher at home. It's pathetic quite honestly and although I didn't want them to my parents talked to my science teachers. I'm just expected to self motivate myself to revise at home. So I'm having the same problem, it sucks quite honestly but just try the best you can and be glad your class is smaller because it sure as hell is easier controlling 10 disruptive kids than around 25. You've just got to try and ignore it and do the best you can.

Here there aren't many people living in this area, so our school is small therefore classes are smaller about 10-15 per class.

Sounds like you have a weak teacher who doesn't want to confront the real troublemakers and would rather go through the motions with the easier kids to deal with.

Don't be easier to deal with: play the system. Tell your parents what is happening. Keep records and evidence. Complain to their boss (department head or head / deputy head teachers). When you complain, be factual and polite. Explain your concerns clearly and logically. Complain each and every time you have enough evidence. Most parents will not tolerate their kids being treated unfairly and will go to war with you.

Pick your battles. Every time something unfair happens, you can either resist it then-and-there, or fight it later. You are rarely going to win a face off then-and-there because a teacher can just send you out of the room or use other sanctions for disruptive behaviour. There is a lot to be said for going along with the unfairness if it buys you more damning evidence and keeps you looking innocent and compliant and well behaved to the people you want on your side.
