Yes you need to tell him what he did to you and he needs your permission to jack you off and if he is going to do it with your permission he needs to be gentle.

Yeah, I agree.
Also, I see a lot of these kind of threads, and I think it's bullshit how he did that while you were asleep, or thought you were asleep.
I agree it's Ok to be curious, but what he did was an invasion of your privacy, that's wrong to do that to someone when they're sleeping.

You must tell him that the next time he want to jerk you off he should ask and be more gentle.

Tell him what he did. If you're uncomfortable about it, tell him to stop. If you are, I'll leave that up to you ;)

BO is so right....that is an invasion of your privacy and actually it is molestation no matter how close in age you two might be...you need to tell him what you know and what happened.....if you want to j/o together, fine, but it is totally wrong what he did to you

Yeah, tell him you need to agree to that kind of thing first and you know what happened. But, if you liked it, maybe you could suggest you two do it together some time?

Both of these are good! How old is your cousin?

I think it's your decision. No one can decide for what you feel if you let him again then it was because you let it. If you don't like it then tell him.

I've always wanted to try something with my cousin, but if he done it without permission then it's wrong. Maybe he didn't know how to ask and so thought maybe you wouldnt mind and just let him do it.
Just talk to him and see what he says

tell him to calm down but keep going. unless you don't like it, then ask him to stop. Or pretend you're still asleep and see how good it gets
