It should retract fully, but it isn't necessary. You should not have any problems with that, don't worry about it.
If you are having problems retracting it, such as it being tight or experiencing pain then you may have phimosis. You should go and see your doctor if this is the case, they can give you steroid creams and stretching exercises (don't get circumcised unless you really need to). I am sure that this isn't the case, but it's helpful to know anyway.

Mine retracts a little. You can see the top of the head.

Differs with some guys, as long as it doesn't bother you, it keeps the head super sensitive....Makes guys crazy to get it licked or touched...no worries, it's a good thing...if you want it to completely retract, like the other guy said, practice stretching it in the shower...

I am uncut and was wondering what should normally happen when erect. Should the foreskin retract?
Mine retracts a bit but not like fully retract.
Is this normal?
your additional post - it retracts if you pull it - yes
So I guess that is good and would say that is normal for a lot of guys.
So guess your fine if that answers your question.

Yes that's normal. I'm the same. when hard it doesn't retract past the head unless physically moved. It is only a problem if it hurts when you physically move it back

Additional Info: Thanks for the replies. The head is visible but it doesn't retract so the whole head is visible.
I dont think this is the case because it is retractable when i manually do it. Im talking about its standard place when erect.
You can fully retract when soft, but not fully retract when hard?
I think you're fine. Maybe you just have a long foreskin that doesn't fully retract because your erections aren't big enough.
My advice? If you can pee and jerk off without discomfort, don't worry about it.
