Ok I guess the last thing you need is to hear the well everybodies different thing but in part thats true.

Of my three brothers 17 - 21 - 1 hardly produces any masturbating but says he is ok during sex.

I produce a bit - sometimes a whole lot more.

That pre cum is made in glands, maybe you can have this checked out

Some people just don't produce a lot of pre-cum, your best bet is to keep yourself as hydrated as possible and that should help.

If I am running low on pre-cum then I pull gently down on penis towards my body, this makes some come out for me. It is really good for lubrication, especially when masturbating.

That's all the advise I can offer. I get pre-cum pretty much every time I go to beat my meat and I get a lot when I get hard and take it slow. I really like it but don't worry if you can't get it. You can still beat your meat and that is the most important thing really.
