Well, as you may imagien, "ejecting cum" is quite pleasurable. A moment before you orgasm, you kinda feel pression building up in the base of the shaft( i also feel like "it" gets bigger) and then suddently releasing, as you have an orgasm (while you feel contractions from the perineum to the base of the shaft and sperm comes out).

Honestly you can't really feel ejaculation that much. You have the orgasm, but apart from that, you wouldn't really know you were jizzing without looking.

Getting hit in the balls is odd, in that you flinch straight away, but it takes a seconds or two to actually hurt. After that though it's quite painful for a while. Peeing is basically the same in any position I'd imagine. And the sex and blowjobs I've never tried so I wouldn't know.
