Hey, I have been having some problems with my health, and I want to know what to do…

First, I get hot too quickly… I’m not sure why, but this summer if I go outside and run around, I just start getting feelings of dehydration, and heat exhaustion. Even though I just go out for like 10 minutes and drink plenty of water.

Second, my eye sight is killing me. If I stare at something close to me my eyes start to hurt, and its hard to focus on things very close to me. Like talking to someone face to face who’s close to me is a eye sore.

Am I going insane?

Wow, that sucks.
Not meaning to pry, but would you consider yourself physically fit? Endurance etc can be a factor, especially in summer when it gets really hot.
Secondly, I think you're experiencing eye strain, and that's totally normal when you're staring at someone really hard for a period of time, such as a computer, TV or a book, expecially in poor lighting.
If that's not it, and that keeps happening, see an optometrist wouldn't be out of the question.
And you are NOT going insane, so don't worry. :)

yer if you are finding it hard to see stuff and are getting i sore i would go and see an optition.

When your outside and getting hot are you running around alot?? because if you are you get dehydrated quicker. I like to just sit in the shade and try to keep cool instead ofrunning around.

Eat healthy, drink water throughout the day, get exercise, and see an optometrist.

I respect you and credit you for coming to seek help at VT, for you care and really want to get the problem fixed. Props!

Next - it could be a lot of things. The sun, your stamina and endurance, if you haven't ran in a long time, if you're not fit, etc.

About the eyes - I agree with the people on the forum. If it's out of hand - go see an eye doctor or an ep blah blah whatever person they said, ha ha.

Good luck!

for the running thing, just make sure you take plenty of water with you, and don't over-exert yourself!
As for the eye thing, I think seeing a doctor would be best!
