What if???

..so new to this.I've recently been released from hlspitalization a month ago,everything was cool for a while but now it seems like my depression is coming back..what if I turn back to that monster I was?:confused::(

I went the same exact thing when I got out of the hospital. I felt great at first but then it gradually got to the point where I felt just like I did before I went in. It eventually went away and I'm continuing with therapy which helps, but sometimes I still slip up. Things may get really bad, but remember what you learned while you were in the hospital and stay strong. Feel free to message me if you need someone to talk to.
