How often do you shower?

I was just wondering how often everyone else showers and how often we should.
I shower every day, but wash my hair every other day

Once a day as soon as I get up in the morning. In my opinion any more than that is excessive and any less is unhygienic. I have never understood the principle of showering before bed - aren't you just going to roll around in dead skin for eight hours?

EDIT: Of course, if you have been doing something dirty or sweaty before you go to bed them it would make sense to shower.

Foxtrotalpha I tend to shower twice a day in the summer - if its very hot, and once a day in the winter when its usually very cold. In Britain this last year its been very wet and usually cold with it - actually reminds me of Monsoon Weather in China and the weather you see in Hurricane Alley in the Deep South of the US of A: "Hey Boy, get the jug out ah jest shot the Preach-er!" (in a drawl like Dirty Harry)...Yee-haww! ;)
