it could be a sign that your fingering yourself too hard... like applying to much pressure etc... or your hitting something like a nerve or something
try being more gentle when you play around
if your over all very concerned go pay a visit to a gycocologist

With the limited information you have provided us it could be almost anything but normal fingering of your vagina should not hurt after your first time. and i'm just guessing your only taling about 1 or 2 fingers. Just wondering if you experience any pain while inserting a tampon. if not maybe you are masturbating a little to hard.
