Out of curiosity...does anyone else like ghost peppers?
I LOVE them. I am growing them but I don't know what to do with them!
I made this awesome ghost pepper dip but other than that...
I have no clue.

You can make a chutney/relish

saute and add to mayo for a quick dip

You can fry them up in clarified butter, and use them as a pizza topping. Remember to remove the seeds though....

but i would say salsa
nothing beats a home made salsa
or you could make hummus, thats good too

I love them!!! I especially like them in beef jerky! But they are amazing same goes for the Trinidad Scorpion Pepper

Got Ghost Pepper Spray from one of my mentors at the sheriff's office. It was awesome. My mentor trained me how to use it and it instantly burns when it touchs the skin! BURNS LIKE HELL!
